If you have a problem, please phone us, don’t come to the surgery. The Receptionist will ask if you have COVID symptoms and if so a doctor or nurse will phone you back.
Face masks are mandatory for staff, patients and their support. We will provide you with a mask if you don’t have one.
If you think you might have COVID
If you have possible COVID symptoms - cough, fever, sore throat or breathlessness - please carry out a RAT test at home. Free tests are available at the surgery but please phone first.
If you get a positive result, register this online or phone the surgery. Once registered a doctor will review your file and if you're considered high risk a doctor or nurse will phone you from the surgery.
Phone the surgery if you have any worries during the illness.
There are no charges for any COVID services.
If you are a Household Contact, you are not required to isolate but you should test daily for 5 days with a rapid antigen test (RAT) from the day the person with COVID-19 tested positive. Wear a face mask if you leave your home during your 5 days of testing. If you test positive, you must self-isolate for 7 days.
