For the latest information on COVID-19 go to  There is detailed advice about symptoms, hygiene and self-isolation.

If you are worried you might have the virus you can get advice from the dedicated Healthline 0800 358 5453 or phone us on 298 5114 and speak to the Practice Nurse.

Following national guidelines, for the duration of the epidemic we will be endeavouring to deal with most of your health problems by phone or email, minimising the number of face to face consultations and visits to the Surgery.

If you are due for your regular medication, please phone and we will usually be able to fax it to your pharmacy (note that you will not be able to pick up the prescription from the Surgery).  If the Doctor needs to see you, you will be given an appointment.

If you have other health problems, please phone or send us an email via Manage My Health.  If you need to be seen, an appointment will be arranged, otherwise your problem will be dealt with by phone or email.  Rest assured that one way or another your needs will be met.

DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY WITHOUT A PRIOR PHONE CALL.  You will be turned away unless your problem is an immediate emergency.

Please do not call at the Surgery with other business. Pay outstanding accounts online (or get a family member to do so).

If you already have an appointment booked, the Practice Nurse will be phoning you a few days before your appointment to discuss your needs.
